2 Strategy
Once we’ve identified the bottlenecks, we’ll create a clear strategy, a roadmap of initiatives and an implementation plan that will help unblock your growth capacity. We’ll give you a clear outline of what to expect, the channels, the data infrastructure, the launch sequence and the budget. We always work closely with you to ensure the budget is defined by a forecast and growth model that makes sense for you, and we’ll never suggest launching initiatives or channels that will not be beneficial to your profit line.
3 Implementation
We are a white glove service handling everything end-to-end, including setting tags in Google Tag Manager, implementing CAPI, building data infrastructure in your CRM, developing growth models, building testing hypotheses, designing tests, developing creatives and campaigns, through to continuous learning and iteration.
